This is not a mastermind. It’s a commissioning.
Most men who come to LCL are already carrying a lot. Start by looking at what your current way of operating is costing you. How many decisions still come back to you? How much energy goes into conversations you keep delaying? How much of your calendar belongs to work someone else could learn to own?
The work here is to develop other leaders, set boundaries, use systems and AI well, and change the patterns that keep you under pressure. That takes participation. It is also how you begin creating capacity instead of carrying everything yourself.
Ask Joel to walk through the actual coaching cadence, Team commitments, and event expectations for your membership. Compare that with your calendar and the cost of continuing as you are. Make a decision you can follow through on.

What matters is your willingness to tell the truth, take responsibility, practice what you learn, and contribute to the men around you. Our curriculum is grounded in Jesus Christ’s teachings. You do not have to share every belief to participate, but you do need to respect that foundation and be open to the work.
If you want accountability that reaches into your business, family, faith, and daily decisions, bring that to your call. If you are looking only for contacts, passive content, or a quick fix, the Institute may not fit. Joel’s conversation with you is about finding that out honestly.
LCL is not a mastermind or a coaching program. It is a Leadership Institute. The focus is the members and the leaders they become. We are building an organization that can carry its mission beyond any one founder.
We curate experts in business and integrative leadership based on real-world experience and proven wisdom. Celebrity and clout are not our standard. What matters is whether a mentor has lived the work, can help you apply it, and will hold you to it.
This is an arena for practice. Through our four levels of formation, men complete challenges, apply skills in real time, and face honest confrontation when their actions fall short of their commitments. You are expected to walk the walk, not just talk the talk. Brotherhood means men who care enough to tell you the truth and stay alongside you as you do the work.

We bring virtual support and intentional in-person experiences together. Our proprietary AI app, currently in beta with members, is designed to help you recognize patterns, stay connected to your commitments, and support accountability between conversations. Elite includes one-on-one mentorship with experienced mentors, alongside the brotherhood and business support. In-person adventures and shared challenges put the work into practice and create the conditions for lifelong bonds.

Yes. At any of Levels 01 through 04, men have the opportunity to join the Elite Business Accelerator alongside their leadership formation. Seasoned business builders provide guidance and coaching across all five divisions of business.
Yes. We believe Jesus Christ is the greatest example of a leader. His teachings and example form the foundation of our leadership curriculum.
You do not have to share our beliefs about God or Jesus Christ to belong. We speak openly about God and stand boldly in our faith. If that culture does not align with you, LCL may not be the right fit, and that is okay.
